Our business

Investment across the HF value chain

Our focus is to assess and structure investments at multiple points in the value chain, prioritising opportunities with a clear commercial case and responsible operating model.

01 · Mining and resources

Fluorspar resource opportunities, feedstock security, offtake and logistics.

02 · Beneficiation

Mineral processing and concentrate quality, recovery and consistency.

03 · HF production

Potential production investments subject to rigorous engineering, permitting and process-safety review.

04 · Downstream chemicals

Fluorine intermediates and specialty chemicals selected through market and technical validation.

05 · Industrial markets

Applications across selected manufacturing and industrial supply chains.

06 · Tertiary industries

Higher-value applications where customer qualification, specifications and regulation support viable entry.

Investment structures

Depending on the opportunity, investments may be made through direct equity, subsidiaries, joint ventures, consortiums, SPVs, strategic offtake arrangements or staged development partnerships.

Our integrated value chain

From mineral source to high-value applications

A connected value chain can improve supply security and unlock value, but each step must stand on its own technical, commercial and safety case.

1. Secure feedstock

Validate resource quality, mine plans, permits, supply reliability and logistics.

2. Upgrade the mineral

Evaluate beneficiation technology, recovery, product specifications and operating costs.

3. Produce responsibly

Assess proven technology, process design, utilities, containment, emissions and emergency systems.

4. Qualify products

Match product specifications and quality systems to validated customer needs.

5. Reach markets

Confirm demand, customer qualification, transport requirements and offtake economics.

Safety is a design requirement

Hydrofluoric acid is highly corrosive and acutely toxic. Any HF-related investment requires specialist process-safety engineering, competent operators, robust containment and monitoring, safe storage and transport, emergency preparedness and compliance with applicable laws and standards.

The value chain shown is a strategic framework, not a representation that HF Industries currently owns or operates facilities at each stage.
